01 / overview

Why it exists

This project covers the compute side of the Homelab: Proxmox nodes, VM and container placement, the nzxt migration, and backup infrastructure.

02 / build file

The interesting part

The story is not just installing Proxmox. It is keeping placement, storage mounts, backup coverage, and graceful shutdown paths understandable as the infrastructure changes.

03 / build file

Current boundary

The project records documented topology separately from live reachability. That distinction keeps a planned migration from being presented as completed.

current signal

Latest from the workbench

The documented topology spans ugreen-proxmox and nzxt; the main Docker VM migration is still an open piece of work.
