01 / overview

Why it exists

KopiClaw is the AI and automation layer of the Homelab: a dedicated OpenClaw environment with its own workspace, operating conventions, and connection to the Kopi Vault.

02 / build file

Why it is a standalone project

Although it runs inside the Homelab, KopiClaw has a distinct product story: making an agent useful, bounded, auditable, and capable of helping with real workflows.

03 / build file

The infrastructure connection

The project is cross-linked to Homelab and Proxmox because host placement, local access, vault sync, and recovery all shape what the agent can safely do.

Latest from the workbench

The OpenClaw environment is documented as a dedicated Ubuntu VM on nzxt, with vault-sync and Workspace CLI work tracked separately.
